重慶升降機(jī)是建筑中經(jīng)常使用的載人載貨升降機(jī)械，由于其獨(dú)特的箱體結(jié)構(gòu)使其乘坐起來(lái)既舒適又安全，升降平臺(tái)在使用中需配備哪些保護(hù)裝置呢？
   
1、地面圍欄門(mén)保護(hù)：應(yīng)有機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖裝置和電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)，當(dāng)工作臺(tái)離開(kāi)地面位置時(shí)，門(mén)應(yīng)不能打開(kāi)；當(dāng)門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)，電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)使寧波升降平臺(tái)停止或不能起動(dòng)。

2、檢修安全門(mén)保護(hù)：應(yīng)設(shè)置電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)，當(dāng)門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)，寧波升降平臺(tái)應(yīng)停止或不能起動(dòng)。

3、樓層圍欄門(mén)保護(hù)：應(yīng)設(shè)置可以人工打開(kāi)的門(mén)鎖裝置和電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)，門(mén)鎖應(yīng)不能從樓層一側(cè)打開(kāi)，只能從工作臺(tái)一側(cè)打開(kāi)，門(mén)鎖裝置應(yīng)由重力保持鎖緊，鎖緊時(shí)鎖止元件的嵌入深度不應(yīng)少于7mm，當(dāng)門(mén)開(kāi)啟和門(mén)鎖未鎖緊時(shí)，電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)使施工升降機(jī)停止或不能起動(dòng)。

4、緊急操作:應(yīng)當(dāng)在底層設(shè)有在斷電或發(fā)生故障時(shí)使升降機(jī)下降的緊急操作裝置,并有明顯標(biāo)記;該裝置應(yīng)依靠持續(xù)力進(jìn)行控制，如采用控制手柄時(shí)，手柄的操作方向應(yīng)當(dāng)與控制的功能運(yùn)動(dòng)方向一致,當(dāng)松開(kāi)控制手柄時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)自動(dòng)回到"停"或中間位置。

5、防人員剪切保護(hù):服務(wù)樓層大于或等于3層的升降平臺(tái)，當(dāng)工作臺(tái)與樓層井口的水平間距小于0.5m時(shí)，工作臺(tái)底部周邊應(yīng)設(shè)置防碰撞裝置,當(dāng)下降碰到障礙時(shí),應(yīng)使升降機(jī)停止。當(dāng)工作臺(tái)的圍欄高度小于1.8m時(shí),應(yīng)在井口樓板的下緣用撓性件(如鏈條)懸掛無(wú)銳利邊緣的垂直防碰擋板,其下垂高度不應(yīng)小于0.3m。
