1、升降平臺滾動軸承安裝時必須細致的進行清洗、檢查、拆卸、安裝和調整間隙。安裝前必須將防銹油脂挖出并用熱機油、柴油、煤油或氣油清洗干凈。

3、升降平臺滾動軸承的拆卸一般借助專用工具來完成，常用的工具有壓力機和拉出器。用壓力機拆卸時，支撐面必須在軸承內圈的對稱側。用拉出器拆卸時，拉桿應可靠地扣住軸承內圈的對稱點，避免借助滾動體傳遞拉力或單邊不以稱受力，損傷軸頸和滾動體。
