為了防止升降平臺造成人身傷害，在作任何的測試與調(diào)整前，必須首先釋放液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力。進行以下操作后，單個的液壓回路、先導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)以及液壓油箱的壓力均可得到釋放。那么升降平臺啟動前要進行哪些調(diào)整呢？

1、將升降平臺停放在平整的硬實的地面上；全部縮回斗桿缸活塞桿，并調(diào)整使平面與地面平行；將發(fā)動機熄火。
Hangzhou lifting platform will be parked on a flat, hard reality on the ground; fully retracted arm cylinder piston rod, and adjust so that the plane parallel to the ground; turn off the engine.

2、將升降平臺啟動開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)到“NO”的位置，不起動發(fā)動機，將液壓鎖控制桿放到“不鎖”的位置。

3、全行程的往復(fù)操作所有升降平臺操作桿的操作踏板，將液壓鎖控制桿放到“鎖”的位置。

4、將升降平臺啟動開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)到“OFF”的位置，慢慢的松開液壓油箱上的油堵以釋放油箱內(nèi)的壓力，然后扭緊。
