一、軸承安裝不當　　
安裝時使用蠻力，用錘子直接敲擊軸承對軸承傷害最大，是造成變形的主要原因。安裝不到位，安裝有偏差或未裝到軸承位，造成軸承游隙過小。內外圈不處于同一旋轉中心，造成不同心。選擇適當的或專業的軸承安裝工具，安裝完畢要用專用儀器檢測。

三、升降平臺軸承受到污染
