齒輪檢測(cè)是確保齒輪成品性能和質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，齒輪檢測(cè)不僅是齒輪成品驗(yàn)收的重要依據(jù)，而且也是齒輪在加工制造過(guò)程中質(zhì)量控制的技術(shù)保證。如果在齒輪的加工過(guò)程中沒(méi)有檢測(cè)就無(wú)法制造出合格的齒輪。
1、檢查升降平臺(tái)齒條聯(lián)接是否牢固,相鄰兩齒條的對(duì)接處,沿升降機(jī)齒高方向的階差不應(yīng)大于0.3mm,沿長(zhǎng)度方向的齒周節(jié)誤差不應(yīng)大于0.6mm。
Check Jinhua lift rack connection is solid, docking at two adjacent rack, tooth height gradient along the direction of the lift should not exceed 0.3mm, along the length of the tooth pitch error should not be greater than 0.6mm.

2、檢查齒輪條輻,傳動(dòng)齒輪和安全器齒輪的裝配精度,用壓鉛法檢查其側(cè)隙(0.2~0.5mm),用著色法檢查齒輪條輻的接觸長(zhǎng)度(沿齒高不小于40%,沿齒長(zhǎng)不小于50%)。
Check the gears of radiation, transmission gear assembly precision and safety gear, and check the backlash (0.2 ~ 0.5mm) lead with the pressure method, check the length of contact with the coloring of the spokes of the gear (along the tooth height of not less than 40%, along tooth length is not less than 50%). 
3、升降平臺(tái)由于最低高度150-300mm，最適用于不能開(kāi)挖地坑和井道樓層開(kāi)口較小的工業(yè)場(chǎng)所，同時(shí)無(wú)需上部吊點(diǎn)。
