升降平臺(tái)作業(yè)過程中，密封件發(fā)揮著重要的作用。密封件是防止流體或固體微粒從相鄰結(jié)合面間泄漏以及防止外界雜質(zhì)如灰塵與水分等侵入機(jī)器設(shè)備內(nèi)部的零部件的材料或零件。那么如何防止升降平臺(tái)密封件的磨損呢？

通過實(shí)踐我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，只有在升降平臺(tái)密封圈表層形成保護(hù)層，使用時(shí)，密封圈與液壓油隔離開來。使分子進(jìn)入材料的速度減慢，就會(huì)相應(yīng)地延長(zhǎng)了密封件的使用壽命。如果不想密封件外面保護(hù)層丟失，就必須在原材料的基礎(chǔ)上添加幾十種添加劑，使添加劑融合到聚氨酯分子之內(nèi)。隨著密封件使用時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，添加劑就會(huì)從聚氨酯分子內(nèi)慢慢的滲透到表層，在表層長(zhǎng)期形成保護(hù)層，這樣就解決了聚氨酯材料的老化。

密封件雖小，但是它在升降機(jī)中的起的最用很大。各種密封其性能影響因素是不同的，如機(jī)械密封（填料密封等）影響因素有溫度，介質(zhì)、磨損、所承受壓力等。按不同的用途，密封件按作用分類分為軸用密封、孔用密封、防塵密封、導(dǎo)向環(huán)、固定密封、回轉(zhuǎn)密封；按材料分類分為橡膠、聚氨酯、工程塑料等。
