液壓系統是液壓升降貨梯的動力驅動機構,液壓升降貨梯的液壓系統一旦出現故障,液壓升降貨梯連最基本的啟動都無法做到,因此,我們要在日常使用液壓升降貨梯時,注重對其液壓系統的定期保養。
   
1、液壓油一旦出現變暗、發粘或有砂礫等異物時,應及時更換，檢查滾輪、中間軸及軸承,油缸銷軸及軸承,臂架鉸軸及軸承等有無磨損,如有磨損應立即進行維修或更換。
Once the hydraulic oil darken, sticky or gravel and other foreign matter, should be replaced, check the wheel, intermediate shaft and bearings, cylinder pin and bearing, boom hinge shaft and bearings for wear, if worn should immediately for repair or replacement.   
2、各部位應分別加注一些潤滑油,這樣可以延長軸承的使用壽命，把液壓油放盡棄掉,換上新油,避免繼續使用舊油.否則系統中的運動部件就會加速磨損。
Each part separately should raise some oil, so you can extend bearing life, the hydraulic oil exhausted discarded and replaced with new oil to avoid continued use of old oil, otherwise the system will be accelerated wear of moving parts.  
3、檢查所有的液壓管道和接頭,管道不得破損,接頭不得松動,必須將所有接頭擰緊，卸下并拆開下降閥,用壓縮空氣將柱塞吹凈,然后裝入重新安裝。
Check all hydraulic pipes and fittings, pipes shall not damaged, loose joints shall be tightened all the joints, remove and open the lowering valve, the plunger blowing with compressed air, then into reinstalled.
